Simply make a burger at home

        How to make a burger  

gredieInnts:

500 grams of meat
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
mustard teaspoon
teaspoon paprika
teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons of oil
1 egg
Salt, to taste
teaspoon ketchup
rusk spoon

How to prepare:

1- In a bowl, put the meat, ketchup, mustard, eggs, and rusk, then season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.

2- Mix the ingredients well until they are combined.

3- Shape the meat mixture into equal size balls.

4- Shape the b
alls into discs of the size and thickness you want.

5- Put the burger patties for about half an hour in the refrigerator.

6- In a wide skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and fry the burger patties in it, stirring occasionally, until cooked on both sides.

7- Serve the burger hot with bread and vegetables, and you can add many other ingredients to the burger.
